SMALL SINGLE ROOM (TOP FLOOR NO LIFT)
our single rooms are small and sweet, they have everything you need for a cosy stay, they feature complementary wifi, a hairdryer, flat screen tv, fluffy towels and shower gel, a feather duck down duvet and a well stocked hospitality tray.
Please note: We have 2 small singles one on our lower floor and one on our Top Floor please do ask us when you book if you struggle with stairs as we have no lift in our Townhouse to see if we can give you lower floor.

Top 3rd Floor Bedroom (no lift)
A lovely new makeover has happened in our small doubles for 2021, they say the best things come in small packages. This cosy and stylish double room features complimentary wifi, a hairdryer, fluffy towels and shower gel, a flat screen TV, and a well stocked hospitality tray this room is on our 3rd floor (no lift) and has some great views of Torquay.
Please note this room has no fridge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We DO NOT accept bookings for Large Parties, Hen or Stag Dos.
Children and Infants
Please note we accept children from 6 years up to a maximum age of 14 in our family rooms.
Due to the nature of our building we do not accept young children
Due to the nature of our building there are lots of stairs to climb and no lift.
This property has monitored CCTV in all public areas, this also includes our small car park.
Terms and conditions
Cancellations:
Please note full payment is required 14 days before your arrival date - which is non-refundable.
We do advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for all holidays booked to cover any unexpected illness or life event which may result in your holiday being cancelled.
Check In and Departure Times
We kindly ask that guests check in from 3pm until 7pm, however if you do arrive slightly before check in, guests are more than welcome to leave their luggage until the room is ready. We do ask that guests please vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Parking
We have off-road parking for 4 cars of medium size on a first come first serve basis. Larger vehicles may need to use our free on street parking up Falkland Road, Bridge Road and Bampfylde Road. There is also a 24-hr car park at The Riviera Hotel on Belgrave Road which is a few minutes walk from us.
Damage/ Missing items
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room during your stay or for any items found to be missing when you leave.
Consumption of Food & Drink
We politely and respectfully request that food or drink not be consumed in any guest bedrooms. We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any damage caused or for cleaning.
Refunds
No refund will be given for temporary absence, or early departure. This also applies if you are asked to leave.
